안녕하세요 여러분,

8월 18일부터 외국인 유학생의 비자 연장 및 외국인 등록 신청 기간이 시작됩니다. 원활한 접수를 위해 아래 절차를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

• 1단계: 신청서 작성 및 필수 서류 확인을 위해 먼저 국제교류본부 헬프데스크의 학생들에게  문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

• 2단계: 서류 제출 전, 본인의 비자 신청 유형에 따른 필수 구비 서류 목록을 반드시 꼼꼼하게 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 3단계: 상세한 신청 안내 및 서류 목록은 첨부된 '외국인 유학생 체류업무지원 서비스 실시 안내(국문, 영문, 중문).pdf' 파일을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

[Notice] Proxy Application Service for Visa Extension & Alien Registration

Hello everyone,

The application period for foreign student visa extensions and alien registration will begin on August 18.

To ensure a smooth application process, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Please consult with the student assistants at the Office of International Affairs(feat. HELP DESK) first. We will help you fill out the application form and verify your required documents.

• Step 2: Please make sure to thoroughly check the list of required documents based on your specific visa application type before submitting.

• Step 3: For full details and requirements, please refer to the attached file named ‘외국인 유학생 체류업무지원 서비스 실시 안내(국문, 영문, 중문).pdf.
