International Student Campus Idea News Contest
Your experiences can become ideas that improve our university! Have you ever thought, “This is a bit uncomfortable,” or “I wish this could be changed” while living and studying at Korea Maritime & Ocean University?
The “International Student Campus Idea News Contest” gives international students an opportunity to share their real experiences and opinions about campus life. Korean students will use your feedback to develop ideas for improving our university and create a 2-3 minute news video.
Program Information - Eligibility: International students at Korea Maritime & Ocean University
- Application Period: October 5 (Mon) - October 15 (Thu), 2026
- How to Participate: Choose either an interview or a survey
- Interview: First 10 applicants / Survey: First 30 applicants
※ International students are not the main creators of the contest videos. Your role is to share your experiences and opinions through an interview or survey.
Participant Benefits - Refreshments for interview and survey participants
- Participation recorded as an extracurricular program activity, with a certificate of completion available after the program
- Participation gifts provided to participants
Interview participants: KMOU Travel Bag + Haeyangi Passport Holder Survey participants: Haeyangi Passport Holder Additional campus convenience store gift certificates will be awarded through a random drawing
