On March 21, 2016, KMOU starts implementation of “Korea-Philippines Aids to Navigation ODA Project: Capacity Building” with twelve(12) Philippine public officials for two weeks with the support of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Republic of Korea.
